TSNAP: Portable Data Recorder and TAP for Diverse Applications

TSNAP is an all-in-one data recorder and TAP, ideal for use in test benches, vehicles or Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) applications. It features six Ethernet 1G ports (four 1000BASE-T1, two 1000BASE-T) and one 100 Mbit T Ports, USB2, USB3, serial, combined with a compact form factor. Accompanying it is an interactive colour-illuminated display tactile remote with speech recording, enabling quick and effortless data recording in any setting without distraction.
TSNAP is designed for simplicity and ease of use, with a one-button operation that makes it suitable for all applications and periods of recording needs. Its compact and lightweight nature allows flexibility for convenient placement in various environments. Operation requires no prior training and is capable of capturing comprehensive high-speed traces even at full line rate.
These traces can be downloaded with a convenient range of methods and analyzed using TSN Tools or Wireshark, making TSNAP a versatile and user-friendly tool for efficient data recording and analysis with minimal familiarization.
Although optimized for vehicle use, its guaranteed performance benchmark and ease of use are equally helpful for use in the lab.
