Inside Sales Assistant (m / f / d)
You will support our sales team and support them in all administrative activities. A structured way of working with a passion for teamwork and a focus on solutions are crucial. We live our credo ‘Time Matters.’
What you can expect:
- You will create quotations, delivery notes and invoices and, in particular, maintain our CRM system.
- You will solve open questions about product handling with our colleagues in Fulda and South Africa.
- In some cases, you will take on tasks in the support and maintenance of customer relationships and support our sales management and the sales team. You will optimise the operational workflows.
- You will oversee the entire maintenace process and be responsible for maintaining data in the CRM system through to invoicing.
- You will handle the dunning process, from payment reminders to further steps, with great care.
What you need:
- A completed commercial apprenticeship.
- You are thorough, structured and enjoy taking on responsibility. You enjoy working in a team.
- You experience technology and computers as an enrichment and want to understand interrelationships.
- You are familiar with strong communication skills, openness and enjoy working with people.
- 2-3 years of experience in a commercial profession is an advantage, but not a must.
That convinces us:
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or WeClapp) is an advantage.
- Experience in customs clearance.
